Whether you tip Santa and the photographers is completely up to you. None of our staff expect tips but always appreciate them.

You can make a reservation for a Visit from Santa by using our online forms, by email.

Santa accepts Visa and MasterCard, local checks and cash. You can prepay when you make your reservation. Visits from Santa requires non refundable deposits for all reservations. Normally, the deposit is the amount of the reservation. We can hold the reservation with a credit card, if you intend to pay by check.

Santa is very willing to hand out gifts or presents to your child, after all that's what he does! Santa prefers that you provide the gifts prior to to his visit. There is no extra charge for Santa to hand out the presents. If you wish Santa to bring the presents with him, please contact his elves for more information and additional costs.

Do to health regulations Santa can not provide food or other snacks. If you wish the children to have snacks or candy , he suggests that you provide them for Santa to pass to the children.
